Tomato Cucumber Salad
3 lbs + 13 1/2 oz Cherry tomato |
5 lbs + 1 oz Cucumber |
2⅛ tsp Kosher salt |
¾ tsp Black pepper |
½ cup Olive oil |
⅓ tsp Dill |
3 ½ Tbsp + 2½ tsp Red wine vinegar |
Tomato Cucumber Salad Directions
- Wash cucumbers and tomatoes.
- Slice ends off cucumbers and dice. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Make dressing with liquids and seasonings.
- Mix all ingredients together.
