Ingredients

Tomato Cucumber Salad

3 lbs + 13 1/2 oz  Cherry tomato
5 lbs + 1 oz  Cucumber
2⅛ tsp  Kosher salt
¾ tsp  Black pepper
½ cup  Olive oil
⅓ tsp  Dill
3 ½ Tbsp + 2½ tsp  Red wine vinegar

Tomato Cucumber Salad Directions

  1. Wash cucumbers and tomatoes.
  2. Slice ends off cucumbers and dice. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Make dressing with liquids and seasonings.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
